All-In-One Wireless Communication. Nothing Holding Your Crew Back.

The CrewPlex DR10 All-In-One Wireless Headset gives crews the freedom to communicate clearly, instantly, and completely hands-free—without a beltpack or headset cable.

Combining the proven audio performance and reliability of the CrewPlex DR10 system with the comfort and advanced features of the SmartBoom® PRO headset, the DR10 All-In-One delivers dependable communication for demanding work environments. Exceptional noise isolation helps conversations come through clearly, while flip-up microphone muting makes it easy to control communication without searching for buttons.

Available in single-ear and dual-ear configurations, the DR10 All-In-One features a lightweight, adjustable design for comfortable all-day wear. When the job is finished, the headset collapses for convenient storage and transport.

Flexible Communication Built Around Your Crew.

The DR10 All-In-One is fully compatible with CrewPlex DR10 wireless beltpacks, allowing both device styles to operate together within the same system. Equip each team member with the solution that best fits their role while keeping the entire crew connected.

The integrated headset design includes:

  • Full-duplex, hands-free communication
  • Support for up to 10 simultaneous full-duplex users
  • Unlimited listen-only and shared users
  • Two intercom channels with dual-listen capability
  • An easy-to-read OLED display
  • Single-ear and dual-ear configurations

Drop It In. Power It Up. Get Back to Work.

The CrewPlex DR10 All-In-One is available with the industry’s first drop-in charger designed for an all-in-one wireless headset. Simply place the complete headset into the charger—no cables to connect and no battery to remove.

The charger can also accommodate up to six additional batteries, sold separately, allowing crews to charge the headset and spare batteries simultaneously. It is a faster, easier way to keep communication equipment powered and ready for the next shift.

From busy job sites to high-noise industrial environments, the CrewPlex DR10 All-In-One helps crews communicate without stopping what they are doing. The result is better coordination, greater situational awareness, improved productivity, and a more connected workforce.

Frequently Asked Questions:

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY

Chad Cox – Brett Scarbrough & Company

“CrewPlex has been an essential part of our operation for the past five years. It replaced outdated two-way radios with clear, hands-free communication, allowing our crews to work safer and more efficiently. The system is simple to use, reliable, and has made a tremendous difference in our daily operations. Just as impressive as the product is the CrewPlex team—their customer service and support have been outstanding from day one. I highly recommend CrewPlex to anyone looking for dependable crew communications.”

Wesley Pugh – Motion Industries

“I am impressed.  We tried for years to find headsets that would work for us and for long usage during the workday. CrewPlex headsets are comfortable and the noise suppression worked way better than competitor sets. The products are as great as the service, too.  People just do not give this kind of service anymore.  We made the right headset choice with CrewPlex.”

Fortune 100 Food Company

“Our HR and Training departments use the headsets almost every day.  HR uses them for pre-employment tours and the training department uses them for each of their orientation tours through the plant. Our QA, Safety, and Production departments give plant tours to new hires using the headsets. ”

Larry Bringhurst – Alexander Seal Coating

“Our crew tripled their (pipe laying) production when we got the CrewPlex system.”

Tim Beguin – Wiregrass Construction

“CrewPlex has proven to be invaluable, not only for the safety of our workers but also for the efficiency & productivity of our operation.”

James Gates – A & O Tree Service

“Before we got CrewPlex, it was so chaotic on the job site, now its sped up production and made us safer.”

Cam Lanier – Owner, Evergreen Erosion Control

“With CrewPlex, we moved an additional 1000 yards from the previous workday.  It only took us one day to realize the benefit of the system and how it is invaluable in our business. ”

Nathan Boulware – FSC Electrical Construction

“The main thing about crossing the intersection, you have to go fast to avoid traffic.  We did it safely and efficiently.  It helped us dramatically crossing this busy street…on top of that, [CrewPlex] boosted our productivity.  We probably did 12 hours worth of work yesterday in a regular 8 hour day.”
